5. Planning for the future restart of the business - but not business as usual?

The Village Shop, St Mocha Coffee Shop and The Station Coffee Shop opened up again on 3rd July 2020 (after 104 days of closure). On 10th July the beer garden opened for take-away food and drinks; and on 15th July 2020 the Oak Tree Inn reopened for accommodation, drinks and food.

Reports that pubs are forced to close again when linked to Coronavirus outbreaks are worrying for the Oak Tree Inn. This pub in England was open for 10 days only before having to close again for a deep clean.

On 15th July 2020 the Government announced a scheme to support hospitality business called “Eat out to help out”.
